Welcome

I have a site called "The Wrestling Coach" where I've posted dozens of moves that might help a high school level wrestler. With the rise in popularity of MMA, I've decided to do the same thing with this sport.

I will periodically add videos that anyone can find on YouTube. The advantage is that they (instructional videos) are all in one place.
